Lido Söder

Welcome to our original café in the south of Gävle, where Konditori Lido’s journey began. With a retro interior and the constant smell of freshly baked bread, it’s easy to fall in love. In proud tradition, going back to the 50’s, we bake bread, cookies, pastries and cakes of all kinds.


From Our Kitchen

Starting early morning, the kitchen is in full swing making sandwiches for the café and for delivery.
On weekdays, we serve breakfast between 7:00 - 10:00 and Saturdays 9:00 - 11:00. We also offer a lunch buffet with coffee and cake included.
We also have our regular menu available, so you are always welcome to eat in or order for take away.
 
We make fantastic smörgåstårtor! (sandwich cakes)

“Free From”

We are conscious of our guests demands and actively work on achieving them. We bake breads and pastries without gluten or lactose, however it should be noted that these are made alongside our regular production. We are experienced in baking without sugar and always have sugar-free pastries in stock. And, of course, vegan baked goods are also available.
Our soups are gluten-free, and if we use dairy products, they are low-lactose. If we serve a soup that is not vegan, we always have a vegan alternative.
